About Me
I am a New York state licensed clinical psychologist. I completed my doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Cognitive Therapy Clinic at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from UCLA, where I conducted research on the delivery of mental health interventions to high risk and underserved urban community populations. I received my bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from Stanford University.
I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults, and have worked as a therapist at a large urban public high school and a college student mental health center. I supervise and teach clinical psychology theory and practice to psychology and psychiatry trainees. I have completed psychoanalytic fellowships at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute and Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research. I am a certified CBT therapist and diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive & Behavioral Therapies. |
